For purposes of this paragraph, it is understood that personal property shall not include the employee's car nor shall it include currency or credit cards removed from an employee's wallet or pocketbook.

The Superintendent shall review the request and supporting materials and thereafter make a recommendation to the Board which, in turn, shall have final decisional authority with respect to the request. The decision of the Board on all such requests shall be final.

Employees shall keep accurate records reflecting the purchase date and price of personal property used at work. This provision does not apply to consumables or to materials used in decorating a room.
