Reimbursement for Materials. In the event of (A) a Specification change for any reason, (B) termination or expiration of this Agreement; or (C) obsolescence of any Raw Material, Client shall bear the cost of any unused Raw Materials (including packaging materials at […***…]), provided that Catalent purchased such Raw Materials in quantities consistent with Client’s most recent Firm Commitment and the supplier’s minimum purchase requirements.

Reimbursement for Materials. From time to time during the course of this Agreement, the City may ask Consultant to provide certain equipment and or materials for new installations. In such cases Consultant will provide a quotation to the City stating the delivered cost of such requested materials. The City will, at its sole option, accept or reject the proposal from Consultant.
