The Company shall reimburse Employee for reasonable and necessary business expenses incurred before the Separation Date to the extent such expenses are reimbursable under the Company’s normal expense reimbursement policies and procedures, and provided that receipts or other acceptable documentation for such expenses are submitted in accordance with standard Company policy.
