REIMBURSEMENT CONDITIONS. Subject to the funding limitations of this Agreement, the Division shall reimburse the Recipient for successful completion of the deliverable task(s) required by this Agreement. However, the following limitations shall apply: • First payment, the Division shall not reimburse the Recipient for an amount that exceeds 40% of the overall amount authorized by this Agreement unless the Recipient completes multiple deliverables. • Second payment, the Division shall not reimburse the Recipient for an amount that exceeds 40% of the overall amount authorized by this Agreement unless the Recipient completes multiple deliverables. • Third payment, the Division shall not reimburse the Recipient for an amount that exceeds 20% of the overall amount authorized by this Agreement unless the Recipient is submitting for multiple deliverables. If extraordinary circumstances exist, then the Recipient can request permission from the Division to exceed the 40% cap for a particular payment. However, under no circumstances shall the cumulative reimbursement amount for payments one (1) and two (2) exceed 80% of the overall amount authorized by this Agreement unless all three (3) Deliverables have been met.
REIMBURSEMENT CONDITIONS. Subject to the funding limitations of this Agreement, the Division shall reimburse the Sub-Recipient on a quarterly basis for the documented costs incurred during the successful completion of the task(s) required by this Agreement. However, the following limitations shall apply: In any quarter, the Division shall not reimburse the Sub-Recipient for an amount that exceeds 40% of the overall amount authorized by this Agreement; and, The cumulative amount of reimbursement for quarters 1, 2, and 3 shall not exceed 85% of the overall amount authorized by this Agreement. If extraordinary circumstances exist, then the Sub-Recipient can request permission from the Division to exceed the 40% cap for a particular quarter. However, under no circumstances shall the cumulative reimbursement amount for quarters 1, 2, and 3 exceed 85% of the overall amount authorized by this Agreement.
REIMBURSEMENT CONDITIONS. Except as provided in Section 8(h) below, all expenses eligible for reimbursement under this Agreement must be incurred by the Executive during the Term of this Agreement to be eligible for reimbursement. Except as provided in Section 8(h) below, all reimbursements shall be paid as soon as administratively practicable, but in no event shall any reimbursement be paid after the last day of the calendar year following the calendar year in which the expense was incurred, nor shall the amount of reimbursable expenses incurred in one taxable year affect the expenses eligible for reimbursement in any other taxable year.
REIMBURSEMENT CONDITIONS. Employees shall be paid mileage reimbursement as provided in Section 3, when required to furnish their own transportation for travel necessary to the performance of their job responsibilities. Employees will not be reimbursed for travel from their homes to their place of employment.

REIMBURSEMENT CONDITIONS. SanDisk’s New Y2 JV Engineers shall be integrated by Toshiba at the Yokkaichi Facility and shall work together with Toshiba’s New Y2 JV Engineers to seek to ensure the optimal operation of the New Y2 Facility from a cost and technology perspective. ****.
REIMBURSEMENT CONDITIONS. WD’s and its Affiliates’ K1 JV Engineers shall be integrated by TMC at the Kitakami Facility and shall work together with TMC’s and its Affiliates’ K1 JV Engineers to seek to ensure the optimal operation of the K1 Facility from a cost and technology perspective. [***]
