Rehearsal Time. 1. The reading of lines, acting, singing or dancing, in preparation for the principal performer’s performance, in the presence and under the supervision of a representative of Producer, constitutes a rehearsal. Rehearsals shall be counted as work time. (See Agreed Interpretation 15, page 148.)

Included in the rental rates are 90 minutes of free wedding rehearsal time. • Rehearsal times must be scheduled in advance of wedding date. • Every effort will be made to honor your requested rehearsal date and time but, in the event, another wedding or event is scheduled on the date/time you wish to rehearse, the wedding/event will have priority to scheduling your rehearsal. • You will be notified immediately with as much advance notice as possible if and when another wedding or event is scheduled which may conflict with your scheduled or anticipated rehearsal date or time. • There is no reduction of rental rates if a rehearsal is not needed. NO DECORATING IS PERMITTED DURING SCHEDULED WEDDDING REHEARSAL TIME. Decorating time must be scheduled into hours rented and no security is available to protect your property.

Rehearsals shall be counted as work time. Auditions and tests do not constitute rehearsals. SAG-AFTRA agrees to grant waivers freely for the training of a Performer in a particular skill such as horseback riding, fencing, etc. Compensation, if any, shall be agreed to between the Performer and the Employer, subject to the approval of SAG-AFTRA in the event of a dispute. Neither tests, auditions, fittings, publicity stills, pre-production stills, pre-recording of material prior to Principal Photography, nor training specified above after employment but before the starting date of the Performer’s employment, shall start the employment period of such Performer. Compensation, if any, for such services shall be as otherwise provided herein.
Rehearsal Time. Rehearsal time shall be computed from the time of the Artist’s call for, or arrival at, rehearsal, whichever occurs later, and shall conclude at the time of dismissal of the Artist.
Rehearsal Time. Whenever any member or members of a company are rehearsed for a recording or live broadcast, such rehearsal shall be included in the rehearsal schedule for said recording or broadcast. In the case of dispute, CAEA in its sole discretion shall decide whether such rehearsal time is related to the theatrical production or the recording or broadcast.
Rehearsal Time. All time spent in such filming or videotaping shall be considered rehearsal time, and paid for at the appropriate rate contained in the Agreement.
Rehearsal Time. Add new paragraph E as follows: “A rehearsal utilizing the Half-Day Engagement shall not trigger consecutive employment.”
Rehearsal Time. With prior notification, Performers may participate in 1(maximum 8 hour) rehearsal day unpaid. Additional Rehearsal days are to be paid at the contracted daily rate. Rehearsal days are limited to 8 hours per day.
