REHEARSAL DINNER. Rehearsal Dinners are permitted to be held in the Rathskeller, Ballroom or Pavilion (if available) under separate agreement. Discounts may apply for Customers contracting with Waters Edge for their main Reception Venue.
REHEARSAL DINNER. Rehearsal dinners are available. Limited to a max of 60 people. Dinners are limited to 5 hours. Insurance for guests, vendors, subcontractors must be on file. Furniture: Tables and Chairs are available for client use. Unless specified event furniture must be broken down and put away at end of rental time. Hazardous Weather: For the safety of all involved, should hazardous weather or conditions arise the property owner/operator reserves the right to mandate shelter, stop alcoholic service or adjust noise levels. If situation requires evacuation for the safety of guests the event will be terminated and guests will be required to vacate premises. Music: While we allow bands, DJs and all other types of musical entertainment in the venue and on the grounds, all music must end by 1 AM Client Initial Rental Deposit/ Security Deposit: A rental deposit with a signed contract will be due to reserve a date. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE for reasons including rescheduling of event for personal reasons, rescheduling of event due to professional/ subcontractor reasons, natural disaster. Acts of God, or Terrorist acts. Remaining balance is due 14 days prior to event, at the final review, or approximately two weeks prior to event. A security deposit is a separate check that will be due at the time of final review two weeks prior to event. This check will be returned at the end of the event to the person who signed it, after a final walk thru by staff. If there is any excessive clean up or damages to the property as a result of the event, and if necessary the security deposit will be applied toward any needed repairs. Time: Rental costs include use of the facility as noted in contract space. Outdoor and banquet room events must end by 11 PM. Barn events must end by 1:30 AM Caterers / Vendors: It is required that all preapproved caterers and bar services provide the appropriate license and insurance documentation prior to the final review. All vendors and service contractors are responsible for the clean-up and removal of their equipment, food, bar service supplies and garbage within (2) two hours of event conclusion. NO FOOD OR ALCOHOL may be left on premises overnight. If renter chooses to provide alcohol to guests: • All state laws must be abided by • No alcohol shall be served to anyone less than 21 years of age. Insurance certificate must reflect such use. REHEARSAL DINNER. If the Event is a rehearsal dinner on a Friday night, Renter may have access to the Premises at noon the immediately preceding Thursday at no additional charge, so long as there is not an event scheduled for that Thursday evening. To take advantage of early access, Renter must inform The Cedars at booking of its intent to access the Premises early.

REHEARSAL DINNER. Friday evening begins with lite Hors d’oeuvres provided by Xxxx. The evening dinner menu will be determined in advance and includes entrée, appropriate sides, breads, salads, desserts, coffee, tea and fountain drinks. Xxxx does not sell adult beverages; however we will provide set-ups, glasses, etc. for your convenience. Dinner food items for forty (40) attendees will be prepared and included in Xxxx’s wedding package. Meal items for additional persons will cost $23.00 per person. One week advance notice is required for additional meals. Special considerations for food related allergies require a minimum of a 10 day advance notification. All Wedding day food items are to be provided by wedding party. Xxxx will make available refrigeration in the main lodge. Ice will also be available. We ask that oven/grill in Tara’s kitchen not to be used in preparation of any food items. Paper/Styrofoam plates will be provided, as will coffee and condiments. All other beverages, foods and food condiments are to be provided by wedding party. Grounds Preparation: The wedding party may begin decoration of Xxxx grounds at noon Friday. Certain items may be brought prior to this time/day upon approval. Wedding Event Caterer: It is the caterer/wedding party’s responsibility to remove all food related trash to dumpsters prior to departure after Saturday evening activities. All warming containers, serving apparatuses, tables, etc. are to be furnished by caterer. Xxxx’s grounds are to be restored to condition as it was found. All trash and food items from kitchen area are to be removed prior to departure. A nominal clean fee will be assessed if trash remains after departure. Tara’s tables and chairs from conference center and dining hall may not be used for outside seating, serving, dining, etc. Xxxx does not rent tables, chairs, etc. Rented tents, tables and chairs may be placed in designated areas around the grounds. Delivery and removal is the responsibility of wedding party. If delivery, set-up and removal is being contracted from a rental company, then we request all items be removed by afternoon of the following Monday. Music is welcome for the event and is not provided by Xxxx. Electrical power is available in several locations. Security: Xxxx will provide security beginning one hour prior to Saturday’s wedding until evening festivities end or as they wind down.   • Teaching Loads The range of teaching loads, number of preparations and number of pupil contacts required should provide for effective instruction and meaningful teacher-student interaction. DPS and the Association agree to work together to seek increased state funding to decrease class size. The principal shall report to the CSC, after the roster verification process, the number of students in each class and this will be published in the CSC minutes on the school’s website.   • STATEWIDE ACHIEVEMENT TESTING When CONTRACTOR is an NPS, per implementation of Senate Bill 484, CONTRACTOR shall administer all Statewide assessments within the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (“CAASP”), Desired Results Developmental Profile (“DRDP”), California Alternative Assessment (“CAA”), achievement and abilities tests (using LEA-authorized assessment instruments), the Fitness Gram with the exception of the English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (“ELPAC”) to be completed by the LEA, and as appropriate to the student, and mandated by XXX xxxxxxxx to LEA and state and federal guidelines. CONTRACTOR is subject to the alternative accountability system developed pursuant to Education Code section 52052, in the same manner as public schools. Each LEA student placed with CONTRACTOR by the LEA shall be tested by qualified staff of CONTRACTOR in accordance with that accountability program. XXX shall provide test administration training to CONTRACTOR’S qualified staff. CONTRACTOR shall attend LEA test training and comply with completion of all coding requirements as required by XXX.
