Common use of Rehabilitation Clause in Contracts

Rehabilitation. An employee receiving an amount of Long Term Disability Benefit may be asked to undergo reasonable rehabilitation measures which have been the subject of prior consultation which the employee's doctor, at no cost to the employee.
