Rehabilitation. An employee who is eligible for rehabilitation and is capable of rehabilitative employment is entitled to placement in a medically suitable position.
Rehabilitation. An employee receiving an amount of Long Term Disability Benefit may be asked to undergo reasonable rehabilitation measures which have been the subject of prior consultation which the employee's doctor, at no cost to the employee.
