Common use of Regulatory Requirement Clause in Contracts

Regulatory Requirement. If the Federal Communications Commission (the “FCC”), the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (“CRTC”), any other regulatory body, or a court of competent jurisdiction, issues a rule, regulation, law or order which has the effect of increasing the cost to provide the Services or cancelling, changing, or superseding any material term or provision of this Agreement (collectively “Regulatory Requirement”), then this Agreement shall be deemed modified in such a way as is necessary to comply with such Regulatory Requirement.
