By agreeing to assume the responsibility for preparation of the MSHCP/NCCP, and committing staff and financial resources for that purpose, the Town intends for the MSHCP/NCCP to yield numerous benefits for the Town in addition to natural resource conservation, including greater regulatory efficiency, streamlining, and certainty.
