Regulatory Filing. In the event that this Interconnection Construction Service Agreement contains any terms that deviate materially from the form included in Attachment P or from the standard terms and conditions in this Appendix 2, the Transmission Provider shall file the executed Interconnection Construction Service Agreement on behalf of itself and the Interconnected Transmission Owner with FERC as a service schedule under the Tariff. Regulatory Filing. In accordance with Applicable Laws and Regulations, Transmission Provider shall file this Agreement, and any amendment to this Agreement with FERC as a service agreement under the Tariff. If Customer has executed this Agreement or any amendment to this Agreement, Customer shall not protest this Agreement or the amendment, shall reasonably cooperate with Transmission Provider with respect to such filing and shall provide any information, including the rendering of testimony or pleadings, as applicable, reasonably requested by Transmission Provider to the extent reasonably needed to comply with applicable regulatory requirements.

Regulatory Filing. The Transmission Owner shall file this Agreement with FERC as a rate schedule within the meaning of 18 C.F.R. Part 35. Local Distribution Company agrees to cooperate reasonably with Transmission Owner with respect to such filing and to provide any information, including testimony reasonably requested by Transmission Owner, needed to comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
Regulatory Filing. Metabolex will have the sole responsibility for filing of all documents with the applicable regulatory authority (such as the FDA, the Health Products and Food Branch of Health Canada or the European Medicines Agency) and to take any other actions that may be required for the receipt of approval from the regulatory authority for the commercial manufacture of Metabolex’s products. Where information or data generated by Patheon in relation to the Services are to be incorporated into documents to be filed by Metabolex with any regulatory authority and such filing may create the possibility of an inspection or audit of Patheon’s facility, then Metabolex shall provide Patheon with a draft of the applicable portions of such documents incorporating such data so as to give Patheon the opportunity to verify the accuracy and validity of such documents. Metabolex needs to supply only one form of such information or data when substantially similar documents are being submitted to multiple regulatory authorities.
Regulatory Filing. Energy Manager may send a letter to FERC outlining the relationship between Energy Manager and Owner and any other regulatory filing that may be required by FERC or may be required in the reasonable opinion of Energy Manager’s counsel. Owner agrees to cooperate with Energy Manager in any such filing. Energy Manager shall provide a copy of such letter and such other regulatory filing, if any, to the Owner and an opportunity for it to review and comment on such letter prior to its submission to FERC.
