Common use of Regulatory Examinations Clause in Contracts

Regulatory Examinations. The Sub-Advisor will cooperate promptly and fully with the Advisor and/or the Trust in responding to any regulatory or compliance examinations or inspections (including information requests) relating to the Trust, the Fund or the Advisor brought by any governmental or regulatory authorities having appropriate jurisdiction (including, but not limited to, the SEC).

Regulatory Examinations. The Sub-Advisor Adviser will cooperate promptly and fully with the Advisor Adviser and/or the Trust Company in responding to any regulatory or compliance examinations or inspections (including information requests) relating to the TrustCompany, the Fund or the Advisor Adviser brought by any governmental or regulatory authorities having appropriate jurisdiction (including, but not limited to, the SEC).

Regulatory Examinations. The Sub-Advisor will cooperate promptly and fully with the Advisor and/or the Trust in responding to any regulatory or compliance examinations or inspections (including information requests) relating to the Trust, the Fund or the Advisor and applicable to the services provided by the Sub-Advisor under this Agreement brought by any governmental or regulatory authorities having appropriate jurisdiction (including, but not limited to, the SEC).

Regulatory Examinations. The Sub-Advisor will cooperate promptly and fully with the Advisor and/or the Trust in responding to any regulatory or compliance examinations or inspections (including information requests) relating to the Trust, the a Fund or the Advisor brought by any governmental or regulatory authorities having appropriate jurisdiction (including, but not limited to, the SEC).

Regulatory Examinations. The Sub-Advisor will cooperate promptly and fully with the Advisor and/or the Trust in responding to any regulatory or compliance examinations or inspections (including information requests) relating to the Trust, the Fund or the Advisor brought by any governmental or regulatory agencies or authorities having appropriate jurisdiction (including, but not limited to, the SEC)jurisdiction.

Regulatory Examinations. The Sub-Advisor will cooperate promptly and fully with provide all reasonable assistance to the Advisor and/or the Trust in responding to any regulatory or compliance examinations or inspections (including information requests) relating to the Trust, the Fund or the Advisor brought by any governmental or regulatory authorities having appropriate jurisdiction (including, but not limited to, the SEC).

Regulatory Examinations. The Subject and limited to Sub-Advisor’s obligations under this agreement, the Sub-Advisor will cooperate promptly and fully with the Advisor and/or the Trust in responding to any regulatory or compliance examinations or inspections (including information requests) relating to the Trust, the Fund or the Advisor brought by any governmental or regulatory agencies or authorities having appropriate jurisdiction (including, but not limited to, the SEC)jurisdiction.

The Sub-Advisor will cooperate promptly and fully with provide reasonable cooperation to the Advisor and/or the Trust in responding to any regulatory or compliance examinations or inspections (including information requests) relating to the Trust, the Fund or the Advisor brought by any governmental or regulatory authorities having appropriate jurisdiction (including, but not limited to, the SEC).

The Sub-Advisor will use commercially reasonable efforts to cooperate promptly and fully with the Advisor and/or the Trust (at the Trust’s expense) in responding to any regulatory or compliance examinations or inspections (including information requests) relating to the Trust, the Fund or the Advisor brought by any governmental or regulatory agencies or authorities having appropriate jurisdiction (including, but not limited to, the SEC)jurisdiction.

The Sub-Advisor will cooperate promptly and fully with the Advisor and/or the Trust in responding to any regulatory or compliance examinations or inspections (including information requests) relating to the Trust, the Fund or the Advisor brought by any governmental or regulatory authorities having appropriate authority and jurisdiction (including, but not limited to, the SEC).

Regulatory Examinations. The Sub-Advisor will cooperate promptly and fully with respond to reasonable requests to provide such information as is customarily requested by the Advisor and/or the Trust in responding order for the Advisor and/or the Trust to respond to any regulatory or compliance examinations or inspections (including information requests) relating to the Trust, the Fund or the Advisor brought by any governmental or regulatory authorities having appropriate jurisdiction (including, but not limited to, the SEC).

The Sub-Advisor will will, upon reasonable request, cooperate promptly and fully with the Advisor and/or the Trust in responding to any regulatory or compliance examinations or inspections (including information requests) relating to the Trust, the Fund or the Advisor brought by any governmental or regulatory authorities having appropriate jurisdiction (including, but not limited to, the SEC).

The Sub-Advisor will cooperate promptly and fully with the Advisor and/or the Trust in responding to any regulatory or compliance examinations or inspections (including information requests) relating to the Trust, the Fund or the Advisor and in connection with the services provided by the Sub-Advisor under this Agreement brought by any governmental or regulatory authorities having appropriate jurisdiction (including, but not limited to, the SEC).

The Sub-Advisor and the Advisor will cooperate promptly and fully with the Advisor each other and/or the Trust in responding to any regulatory or compliance examinations or inspections (including information requests) relating to the Trust, the Fund or the Advisor brought by any governmental or regulatory authorities having appropriate jurisdiction (including, but not limited to, the SEC).
