Common use of Regulatory Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Regulatory Cooperation. 1. The Parties agree to cooperate in the IMO and other relevant international organisation such as the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) and the International Telecommunications Union (ITU), with a view to establishing and improving international rules for enhancing the safety at sea and the prevention of marine pollution.
