Common use of Regulatory Capacity Clause in Contracts

Regulatory Capacity. Nothing in this Agreement affects or xxxxxxx any regulatory power of Council or any of its council-controlled organisations. The Recipient has no recourse under this Agreement with respect to the exercise (or not) of such powers, including on licensing or consenting matters.
