Common use of Regulations of the Aviation Authority Clause in Contracts

Regulations of the Aviation Authority. The rights and privileges granted to Company hereunder and the occupancy and use by Company of the Premises shall at all times be subject to the reasonable rules and regulations of the Aviation Authority as the same are now or may hereafter be prescribed through the lawful exercise of its power, including, but not limited to, all applicable provisions of the Aviation Authority's Policy and Procedures Manual as the same may be amended from time to time.
