REGULATION COMPLIANCE. Exhibitor shall utilize the premises in an orderly manner and in compliance with all present and future applicable Federal, State and local laws, statutes, ordinances, rules and regulations.
REGULATION COMPLIANCE. It is the responsibility of the vendor to produce and deliver products in accordance with any and all government regulations that apply to their industry, especially with regards to food safety and product claims. VENDOR SHALL OBEY ALL APPLICABLE LAWS, RULES, REGULATIONS AND ORDINANCES OF SPANISH FORK CITY, UTAH COUNTY, THE STATE OF UTAH AND THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA INCLUDING THE FIRE CODE.

REGULATION COMPLIANCE. Xxxxxx agrees to abide by such necessary and reasonable regulations developed by YNHA for the benefit and well being of the housing project and the Tenants, which regulations are posted in the YNHA's office and by reference made a part hereof and all regulations hereafter adopted by YNHA after notice to Tenant as required by law.
REGULATION COMPLIANCE. Signature, submission and performance of this Agreement does not violate any of either Party’s business licenses, articles of association and other company documents, no matter what form presented, and also does not violate the binding of any laws, regulations and the provisions of the contract documents.
REGULATION COMPLIANCE. Tenant agrees to comply promptly with and conform to the requirements of all applicable statutes, laws, by-laws, regulations, ordinances, and orders from time to time or at any time in force during the term hereof and affecting the condition, equipment, maintenance, use or occupation of the Premises and with every applicable regulation, order and requirement of the governing underwriters’ association or anybody having similar functions or of any liability or fire insurance company by which the Landlord and the Tenant or either of them may be insured at any time during the term hereof, and that, in any event of the default of the Tenant under the provision of this sub-clause, the Landlord may itself comply with any such requirements as aforesaid and the Tenant will forthwith pay all costs and expenses incurred by the Landlord in this regard and the Tenant agrees that all such costs and expenses shall be recoverable by the Landlord as if the same were additional rent reserved and in arrears under the Lease.
REGULATION COMPLIANCE. Willsons is ‘Regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors’ (RICS) and is a member of the Associates of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) as well as a registered member of The Property Ombudsman (TPO). Willsons operates a complaint handling procedure which is available upon request. Please detail any potential conflict of interest which may exist between you and Willsons (including an employee) which needs to be disclosed i.e. any business association or family relationship.
REGULATION COMPLIANCE. It is to be understood by the parties that it is the responsibility of each individual bargaining unit member to make any necessary adjustments to any other tax sheltered annuities he has in order to be in compliance with IRS laws and regulations.

REGULATION COMPLIANCE. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of China and shall be governed by the courts of China. Any provision not comply with Chinese law or/and Chinese jurisdiction shall be null and void.
