Common use of Regulation Clause Clause in Contracts

Regulation Clause. Section A. It is further agreed that the so-called "check-off system'' shall prevail, wherein the Employer shall deduct the Union dues, two dollars and fifty cents ($2,50) per month, and turn over the proceeds, thereof, to the representatives of the Amalgamated Meat Cutters and Butcher Workmen of North America, Local #73, A.F. of L«, on the first week of each and every month.
