Regular Work Periods. Forty (40) hours shall constitute the work week for all employees. The normal work week shall be five (5) consecutive days of employment, Monday through Friday, and in general the workday shall be (8) consecutive hours 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with a daily one-half hour unpaid lunch period. Any locals who currently have a second shift and/or third shift, the scheduled working times currently in effect will continue. Any changes will be negotiated with the Union prior to implementation.
