Regular Work Period. Employees are assigned to a regular basic work period of either 40 hours in one week (“40 Flex”) or 80 hours in a 14-day period (“8/80”). Employee schedules will not be changed from 8/80 to 40 Flex or vice versa without mutual agreement with the affected employees or negotiation with the Union.
