Regular Weekly Pay Day. There shall be a REGULAR WEEKLY PAY DAY, and each employee shall be provided with a statement showing earnings and deductions for the pay period covered. Upon request, an employee will be given an itemized explanation by the Store Management of the amount(s) shown in the "Premium Pay" and "Flat Adjustment" boxes of the Statement of Earnings and Deductions. All employees will be paid by weekly direct deposit.

Upon request, an employee will be given an itemized explanation by the Store Management of the amount(s) shown in the "Premium Pay" and "Flat Adjustment" boxes of the Statement of Earnings and Deductions. Subject to the introduction of a new payroll system, the Company shall provide a detailed breakdown of pay and premiums as required by the Employment Standards Act. If possible, in conjunction with the new payroll system, current ATO accumulation and sick leave accumulation shall appear on the employee's payroll statement. Where possible, the Company will offer Direct Deposit/Electronic Funds Transfer for employees which may include the ability for multiple transfers.

  • PAY DAY (a) The Employer shall pay each Nurse every two (2) weeks. The amount shall be in accordance with the applicable hourly rate for the Nurse’s classification and increment level listed in Appendix “A”.
