Regular Users. In the case of regular named licenses for the Software (each, a “Regular Named License”), each Authorized User of Licensee (each, a “Regular User”) who is assigned a Regular Named License will have full access to the functionality of the Software, which, for the avoidance of doubt, includes the uses set forth in Section 2.3(b) below. A separate license is required for each Regular User, and the Regular Named License may not be used or accessed by any individual or automated process other than the assigned Regular User. Any of the Regular Named Licenses referenced in this Section 2.3 (a) that are assigned to a Regular User to access the Software may not be reassigned other than for the permanent transfer of such Regular Named License to another Regular User if the current Regular User is no longer authorized to have access to the Software.
Regular Users. Hourly fee rate: £ Bookings are made in blocks according to dates specified in 2.1 (Booking period - usually 3 months) and payment may be made in instalments on agreement with the Bookings Secretary. Payment of the full amount before the start of the booking period have a 5% discount applied.
Regular Users. 9.1. The terms of this Licence shall apply to Regular Users in the same way as they do to other users in relation to each and every period of hire by such Regular Users, except as set out below.
