Regular Starting Time. Each employee shall be assigned a regular starting time which shall not be changed without a forty-eight (48) hour notice. In the event an employee's regular starting time is changed without a forty-eight (48) hour notice, the employee shall be compensated at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/2) times the employee’s regular rate of pay for the number of hours worked outside of the employee’s previous work schedule. The overtime rate shall be paid for the first day worked during the changed starting time.
Regular Starting Time. I The regular starting time shall be 7:00 AM and quitting time shall be 4:00 PM. Employees, when required to work in excess of eight (8) hours in anyone (1) day (24 hour period commencing and ending at 12:00 midnight) or more than 40 hours in anyone (1) week, will be paid at the rate of time and one-half Employees, when requested to work on Sunday, will be paid at the rate of double time.

Protection shall, where necessary, be provided for the employees’ tools.

  • Starting Date Unless a specific (fixed) starting date is duly justified and agreed upon during the preparation of the Grant Agreement, the project will start on the first day of the month following the entry info force of the Grant Agreement (NB : entry into force = signature by the Commission). Please note that if a fixed starting date is used, you will be required to provide a detailed justification on a separate note.

  • Regular Full Time employee - Regular full-time employee shall mean an employee employed to meet ongoing operational requirements on a year-round basis and is scheduled to work the full-time hours contained in Article 18. Regular full-time employees who are laid off shall retain their regular full-time status with the Company while on layoff.

  • Planning Time A. Uninterrupted planning time sixty (60) consecutive minutes shall be provided daily within the normal work day for full-time teachers at elementary sites. Planning period adjustments may be made with the approval of the teacher if the adjustment does not decrease the number of minutes allocated for planning time.
