Common use of Regular Shift Clause in Contracts

Regular Shift. If an Employee starts work on a scheduled shift, and is then sent home due to a lack of work, the Employee shall be paid a minimum of four (4) hours at the Employee’s regular straight time rate of pay or for work actually performed, whichever is greater.

Regular Shift. If an Employee starts employee commences work on a scheduled shift, regular shift and is then sent home home, due to a lack of work, the Employee employee shall be paid a minimum of four (4) hours at the Employee’s employee's regular straight time rate of pay or for work actually performed, whichever is greater.
