(Continued) 2 Agreement executed by SHERIFF and CITY Manager may not, in the 3 aggregate, increase or decrease the cost of services payable by CITY by 4 more than one percent (1%) of the total cost originally set forth in 5 Attachment C and the Maximum Obligation originally set forth in 6 Subsection G-2.
