Regular Salaries. 14.01 The Company and the Union agree that during the term of the Agreement and except as otherwise provided, the regular salaries shall be as set out in Schedules “E” and “F” attached.

Regular Salaries. Teachers shall be with a 2.25% increase on the base for 2017-2018, 2018-2019 and 2019- 2020 contract years. Each teacher shall advance a vertical step in each respective year that the teacher is eligible on the salary schedule.

Effective January 1, 2019 through and including June 30, 2019, the regular salaries of all employees shall be in accordance with the schedule set forth in Exhibit A-2. Effective July 1, 2019 through and including December 31, 2019, the regular salaries of all employees shall be in accordance with the schedule set forth in Exhibit A-3. Effective January 1, 2020 through and including June 30, 2020, the regular salaries of all employees shall be in accordance with the schedule set forth in Exhibit A-4. Effective July 1, 2007, a new salary scale reflecting the Career Development plan was instituted containing the 4% increase for Corporal and above, and will become a permanent part of the rate structure.

Faculty Members who will receive regional campus increases under Article 10 of this Agreement shall receive those increases before any adjustment to meet the minimum salary required by this Article.

  • Regular Overtime Any overtime work scheduled in advance of the administrative workweek as part of an employee's regularly scheduled workweek is considered regular overtime. An employee shall be compensated for every minute of regular overtime work in accordance with 5 CFR 550.
