REGULAR REVIEW PROCESS. 14.1 Each Party shall nominate an individual within its organisation who shall have primary responsibility for day-to-day contact with the other Parties in connection with this Agreement. A Party may amend the details of its nominated individual at any time on written notice given to the other Parties.

REGULAR REVIEW PROCESS. The Qualified Component Manufacturer agrees to regularly review with the relevant Solution Provider the deployment of Whole Building Retrofit Solutions to discuss errors, suggest changes in design or process, allow for the accumulation of knowledge from one Project to the next, find efficiencies, improve the onsite installation process and improve quality control.

  • Review Process A/E's Work Product will be reviewed by County under its applicable technical requirements and procedures, as follows:

  • Claims Review Population A description of the Population subject to the Claims Review.

  • Interview Process Interviews will take place over a period of ninety (90) days. The interviews both of bargaining unit employees and of managers will be conducted jointly by Union/Industry members of the Technical Committee (or designates).

  • Review Protocol A narrative description of how the Claims Review was conducted and what was evaluated.

  • Review Procedure If the Plan Administrator denies part or all of the claim, the claimant shall have the opportunity for a full and fair review by the Plan Administrator of the denial, as follows:
