Common use of Regular Part-Time Clause in Contracts

Regular Part-Time. A regular part time nurse is a nurse who is regularly scheduled to work less than thirty-seven and one-half (37½) hours per week and who makes a commitment to be available on a regular predetermined basis. The commitment to be available is as follows:
