Regular Part-Time Employees. A regular part-time employee is one who, in the performance of assigned duties, normally works a regular continuing schedule of less than forty (40) hours in a week or less than eighty (80) hours per fourteen (14) day period. Regular part-time employees may be called in for duty on a non-scheduled basis in addition to their regularly scheduled work. Except as specifically provided herein, regular part-time employees shall be entitled to the fringe benefits specified in the Agreement on a pro rata basis for all hours paid in a regular job assignment.
