Common use of Regular Part-Time Employee Clause in Contracts

Regular Part-Time Employee. An employee so classified on the Employer’s personnel records, and who is regularly scheduled and who works less than twenty (20) hours per week (Homecare) and less than twenty-two (22) hours per week is considered a regular part-time employee.

Regular Part-Time Employee. An employee so classified on the Employer’s personnel records, The terms “regular part-time employee” and “regular part-time employees” refer only to employees employed and who is are regularly scheduled and who works to work less than thirty (30) hours per week, but at least twenty (20) hours per week (Homecare) and less than twenty-two (22) hours per week is considered a regular part-time employeeweek.

Regular Part-Time Employee. An employee so classified on the Employer’s personnel records, and who is regularly scheduled and who works to work less than twenty (20) 30 hours per week (Homecare) and less than twenty-two (22) hours per week is considered a regular part-time employeeas part time.

Regular Part-Time Employee. An “Regular Part-time Employee” is an employee so classified on the Employer’s personnel records, and who is regularly scheduled and who works less than twenty thirty-seven and one-half (2037 ½) hours per week (Homecare) and less than twenty-two (22) hours per week is considered on a regular part-time employeebasis and whose appointment is indefinite and who has completed his/her probationary period.

An ‌ A regular part-time employee so classified on the Employer’s personnel records, and shall be deemed to be an employee who is regularly scheduled and who works less than twenty to work twenty-four (2024) hours per week (Homecare) and less than twenty-two (22) hours per week is considered a regular part-time employeeor less.

Regular Part-Time Employee. Regular Part-Time Employee.
