Common use of Regular Part-Time Employee Clause in Contracts

Regular Part-Time Employee. An employee who has been assigned to a posted position and works a specific number of hours less than full-time, on a regular basis and who has successfully completed the probationary period.

Regular Part-Time Employee. An employee who has been assigned to a posted position and works a specific number of hours is regularly scheduled for less than full-time, on a regular basis forty (40) hours per week and who has successfully completed the required probationary period.

Regular Part-Time Employee. An employee who has been assigned to a posted position and works a specific number of hours less than full-time, on a regular basis and who has successfully completed the probationary periodperiod and who works less than full-time but more than 14 hours per week.

Regular Part-Time Employee. Regular Part-Time Employee. An employee who has been assigned is regularly scheduled to work more than sixteen (16) hours per week but fewer than thirty-two (32) hours per week during a posted position and works a specific number of hours less than full-timeforty (40) hour work week period, on a regular basis and who has successfully completed the required probationary period.

Regular Part-Time Employee. ‌ An employee hired to work regular hours or days on a continuing basis but who has been assigned to a posted position and works a specific number of hours less than full-time, on the normal working hours in a regular basis and who month that has successfully completed the his/her probationary period.

An is an employee who has been assigned to a posted position and works a specific number of hours less than full-time, on a regular basis and who has successfully completed the requirements of the probationary periodperiod and who works a regular weekly schedule that is less than full-time as defined in Article 16.01.
