Common use of Regular Part-Time Employee Clause in Contracts

Regular Part-Time Employee. A regular Part-time employee is one who is normally scheduled to work, in accordance with Article 14 and Article N at minimum in accordance with a Full- time Equivalent (FTE) which is less than seventy-five (75) hours over a two- week pay period and has made a commitment to be available for work on a predetermined basis.

Regular Part-Time Employee. Regular Part-Time Employee. Permanent Position: A permanent position is one anticipated by the Employer to last for a period of at least ninety (9) consecutive days.

Regular Part-Time Employee. Regular Part-Time Employee. Regular Part-Time Employee. A regular Is an employee who is regularly scheduled to work less than 70 hours in a bi-weekly pay period. Part-time employee is one who is normally scheduled to workemployees may relieve full-time employees; however, in accordance with Article 14 during such periods of relief, part-time employees shall remain and Article N at minimum in accordance with a Full- retain part-time Equivalent (FTE) which is less than seventy-five (75) hours over a two- week pay period and has made a commitment to be available for work on a predetermined basisstatus.

Regular Part-Time Employee. A Regular Part-Time Employee is not eligible for work on a predetermined basisthe full benefits provided by this Agreement, but is eligible for specified pro rata benefits.

Regular Part-Time Employee. A For purposes of these sections, a regular Partpart-time employee is one who is normally scheduled to work, in accordance with Article 14 and Article N at minimum in accordance with a Full- time Equivalent (FTE) which is an employee whose schedule of work usually consists of less than seventysixty (60) hours, but more than thirty-five one (7531), during the two (2) hours over a two- week pay period and has made a commitment to be available for work on a predetermined basisperiod.

Regular Part-Time Employee. Effective 2017 August 21: A regular Regular Part-time Employee is defined as any employee is one hired or posted into a Regular Part-time position and who is normally regularly scheduled to work, in accordance with Article 14 and Article N at work a minimum in accordance with a Full- time Equivalent (FTE) which is less than seventyof twenty-five (7525) hours in the work week, but less than forty (40) hours per week. Preference will be given to qualified Part-time Employees over a two- week Auxiliary Employees for all available work. Regular Part-Time Employee. A regular Partpart-time employee is one an employee who is normally scheduled to work, in accordance with Article 14 and Article N at minimum in accordance with work twenty (20) hours or more per week on a Full- time Equivalent (FTE) which is regular schedule but less than seventythe official work week and who has completed the probationary period. Such employees shall not receive any fringe benefits except as specifically provided in this Agreement. Regular part-five (75) hours over a two- week pay period time employees may be disciplined, laid off, recalled, terminated or discharged at the Employer’s discretion without regard to the provision of this Agreement and has made a commitment without recourse to be available for work on a predetermined basisthe Grievance Procedure set forth in this Agreement.

Regular Part-Time Employee. It is understood that part-time employees may also accumulate shifts outside their part-time position, up to full-time hours based on an eight (8) week rotation.

Regular Part-Time Employee. A regular Partpart-time employee is one an employee who is normally scheduled to work, in accordance with Article 14 and Article N at minimum in accordance with a Full- time Equivalent (FTE) which is work less than seventy-thirty five (7535) hours over per week but a two- minimum of twenty four (24) hours per week pay period and has made a commitment to be available for work on a predetermined basisregular schedule at a job classified by the Employer as regular. The EMPLOYER may contract with individuals or organizations outside of the bargaining unit to perform OBRA exams and screenings as needed. However, if it contracts for more than 20 hours of such service in each of three consecutive weeks, the EMPLOYER shall create a part-time position to perform such work.

Regular Part-Time Employee. A regular Regular Part-time employee Employee is one defined as any Employee hired or posted into a regular position and who is normally regularly scheduled to work a minimum of seventeen and one-half (17.5) hours in the work week, but less than forty (40) hours per week. Preference will be given to Part-time Employees for all available work, in accordance with Article 14 and Article N at minimum in accordance with a Full- time Equivalent (FTE) which provided that overtime pay is less than seventy-five (75) hours over a two- week pay period and has made a commitment to be available for work on a predetermined basisnot incurred.

Regular Part-Time Employee. Regular part-time employees will be prescheduled as determined by the Employer. For regular part-time employees employed as of March 10, 2003, a regular part-time employee shall be one who is employed on a regular basis for less than thirty (30) hours per week.

Regular Part-Time Employee. However, for health and welfare benefits purposes, part-time benefits will be offered to employees who are regularly scheduled to work a minimum of forty (40) hours per fourteen (14) day pay period.

Regular Part-Time Employee. A regular Partpart-time employee is one who is normally an individual employed in a part-time budgeted position and regularly scheduled to work, in accordance with Article 14 and Article N at minimum in accordance with a Full- time Equivalent (FTE) which is work less than seventy-five thirty (7530) hours over a two- week pay period and has made a commitment per week. Regular part-time employees shall not be entitled to be available for work on a predetermined basisany benefits outlined in this Labor Agreement.

A regular Partpart-time employee is one a permanent employee who is normally scheduled to work, in accordance with Article 14 and Article N at minimum in accordance with a Full- time Equivalent (FTE) which is works less than seventy-five seventy (7570) hours over a two- but at least thirty-two (32) hours per two (2) week pay period and has made a commitment to be available for work on a predetermined basisperiod.

Regular Part-Time Employee. A regular Partpart-time employee is one who is normally scheduled hired to work, in accordance with Article 14 and Article N at minimum in accordance with a Full- time Equivalent (FTE) which is less than seventy-five (75) hours over a two- week pay period and has made a commitment to be available for work on a predetermined basispermanent basis for twenty-four (24) hours or each week on a schedule. Casual Employee A casual employee is one who is called in from time to time as circum- stances demand, and as such is not provided with continuous or regular employment. Continued refusal or unavailability to work assigned shifts will result in dis- continuance of the employment relationship.

Regular Part-Time Employee. Regular Part-Time Employee. A “regular Partpart-time employee” is an employee is one who is normally scheduled to workworks three (3) hours or more, in accordance with Article 14 and Article N at minimum in accordance with a Full- time Equivalent (FTE) which is but less than seventy-six (6) hours per day, five (755) hours over a two- week pay period and has made a commitment to be available for work on a predetermined basisdays per week.

Regular Part-Time Employee. A regular Partpart-time employee is one who is normally scheduled to work, in accordance with Article 14 and Article N at minimum in accordance with a Full- time Equivalent (FTE) which is whose schedule of work usually consists of less than seventy-five eighty (7580) hours over a two- week per pay period but at least forty (40) hours per pay period and has made a commitment whose term of employment is expected to be available for work on a predetermined basissix (6) months or longer in duration. The term of employment shall be determined at the time of hire.
