These meetings are not intended to bypass the grievance procedure. Further each party shall submit to the other prior to the meeting an agenda covering what they wish to discuss.

Regular Meetings During Term of Contract. The Board and Association negotiating teams will meet together each month during the regular school year on a regularly set day and time for the purpose of reviewing the administration of this agreement and to resolve problems that arise there from. These meetings are not intended to bypass the grievance procedure. Further, each party shall submit to the other prior to the meeting an agenda covering what they wish to discuss. The Board and Association negotiating teams will meet to bargain over any affected section of the Contract if the amendments to §1012, Florida Statutes, which were enacted in 2011 by the passage of Senate Bill 736, are subsequently overturned or modified by a Court of competent jurisdiction or the Florida Legislature.
