Regular Drivers. (a) A Regular Driver shall be a Driver who has been assigned to regular, single, double, special education or career center runs as described in Article XII, Section 1 and as packaged by the Board, and assigned as per Article XVII, Section 3.
Regular Drivers. Regular drivers are to be asked to take extra trips before substitute drivers are asked.
Regular Drivers. The Board shall pay the cost of the annual physical if done by the board’s designated physician. Otherwise, the Board shall pay up to $25 for the cost of the annual physical. A xxxx for this exam must be submitted to the Board for payment to the doctor.
Regular Drivers. (a) Effective for the 2014-2015 contract year, for regular full time employed drivers, shall be offered a group health care plan medical option. The district will pay eighty percent (80%) of the single subscriber rate toward the premium cost of a single coverage medical insurance plan as offered by the district. The employee will be responsible for the 20% difference of the district`s contribution at the single subscriber rate. If the employee wishes to select an alternative medical insurance plan, the employee is responsible for the additional cost beyond the 80% of district contribution of the base rate of the district offered medical insurance plan. Employees may elect two-person or Family coverage and pay the cost difference between the cost of single subscriber district contribution and the two-person or family plan. The employee will pay the deductible amount of their enrollment status and any cost beyond the specified district contribution.
Regular Drivers. A. If reduction in workforce is necessary, drivers with the least seniority shall be laid off first.
Regular Drivers. Those drivers employed at Lambton who have not entered into a “Dependent Contractor” agreement with the Company. Broker Work: Specific work for generators which, because of its competitive circumstances, has been priced at a rate which is offered only for “Broker” services provided by “Lambton Dependent Contractors”. Should sufficient Lambton Dependent Contractors not be available, the Company will not be required to offer this work to regular drivers.
Regular Drivers. Regular drivers shall be entitled to the following sick leave with pay:
Regular Drivers. If the parties have agreed that the Contractor will deploy regular drivers, the Contractor must inform Xxx xxx Xxxxx in advance if one of the agreed drivers is to be (temporarily) replaced. The new driver must be instructed in advance on the working methods described in this agreement.
