Regular Distributions. On each Payment Date, so long as no Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, after the withdrawals and transfers provided for in Section 3.02 have been made, the Available Collections Amount will be applied in the following order of priority, and in each case after the payment of any related Railroad Mileage Credit reimbursements:
