Common use of Regular Distributions Clause in Contracts

Regular Distributions. On each Payment Date, so long as no Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, after the withdrawals and transfers provided for in Section 3.02 and 3.04 have been made, the Available Collections Amount (excluding any Net Disposition Proceeds on deposit in the Collections Account as of the Determination Date, which amounts shall be applied pursuant to clause (c) below after giving effect to the application of all amounts pursuant to this clause (a)) will be applied in the following order of priority:
