Common use of Regular Day Off Clause in Contracts

Regular Day Off. (a) (i) All full-time (excluding the Group 1 listed in Letter of Understanding # 2) who desire two (2) consecutive days off will be given the two (2) consecutive days off every second (2nd) week. As well, once every five (5) weeks, those two (2) consecutive days off may be a Friday-Saturday, Saturday- Sunday or Sunday-Monday if the full-time employee desires a weekend off, as long as the Employer can maintain a sufficient workforce for the proper operation of the business.
