Regular Communication. Each Party shall be available to the other Party for a reasonable number of telephone and written consultations on a schedule to be determined by mutual arrangement between the Parties. Each Party shall respond to all telephone and written (e.g. letters, e-mail, fax) communications within five (5) business days.
Regular Communication. The Parties will meet telephonically or face-to-face no less than quarterly to review, among other things, sales performance, progress on sales metrics, on hand inventory levels, customer usage information, and make such adjustments and changes as are agreed to by the Parties.

The Parties hereby agree to cooperate at all times and to contribute to the extent of their respective capacities in order to ensure efficiency in the performance of Operations hereunder and to ensure the success of the Project for the economic development of Suriname. To this end, the Parties agree to meet on a regular basis to discuss matters of mutual concern. Among one of these will be an evaluation of the performance of the Parties pursuant to this Agreement by the Parties, and more in particular five (5) years after Commencement of Commercial Production and subsequently every fifth (5th) anniversary thereafter, to determine if the Agreement has complied with the mutual interests. Proposals for changes of clauses of this Agreement will be discussed in good faith and take place with consent of both Parties.
Regular Communication. The Parties agree to communicate regularly with the other Parties and to advise the other Parties of any problems associated with successful implementation of the Program.
Regular Communication. Representatives of the Middle College School and UNCG will communicate monthly during the academic year to review operational issues associated with the Middle College. During the academic year, Middle College Advisory Board meetings will be held at least two times per semester, led by the representative from the Xxxxxxx’x office.
Regular Communication. 13.1 Regular communication will be provided on scheduling of teacher-led Fridays, Professional Development and Staff Meetings.
