Regular Assignment. A contract or regular member’s schedule for the academic year shall be established by seeking mutual consent between the member and the Department Chair and Division Xxxx. Such assignments shall, to the extent appropriate, be rotated among members on an annual basis. When necessary to meet the needs of the District, the President or designee retains the right to assign a schedule to the member. Under normal circumstances the following sequence of priority shall be used to assign (for all departments) a regular member’s 1.0 load/semester:
