Registry of Warrants. The Company or an agent duly appointed by the Company (which initially shall be the Warrant Agent) shall maintain a registry showing the names and addresses of the respective Holders and the date and number of Warrants evidenced on the face of each of the Warrant Certificates. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement or in the Warrant Certificate, the Company and the Warrant Agent may deem and treat any Person in whose name a Warrant Certificate is registered in the registry as the absolute owner of such Warrant Certificate.
