Common use of Registration Statement Form Clause in Contracts

Registration Statement Form. Registrations under this section 2.1 shall be on such appropriate registration form of the Commission (i) as shall be selected by the Company and, as shall be reasonably acceptable to the Initiating Holder of the Registrable Securities so to be registered and (ii) as shall permit the disposition of such Registrable Securities in accordance with the intended method or methods of disposition specified in the request for such registration.

Registration Statement Form. Registrations under this section Section 2.1 shall be on such appropriate registration form of the Commission (i) as shall be selected by the Company. The Company andshall include in any such registration statement all information which, as shall be reasonably acceptable in the opinion of counsel to the Initiating Holder Company and the Holders of the Registrable Securities so included in such registration statement, is required to be registered and (ii) as shall permit the disposition of such Registrable Securities in accordance with the intended method or methods of disposition specified in the request for such registrationincluded.
