Registration on Title. The Developer agrees to promptly do all things that are necessary for Council to procure the registration of this Deed in the relevant folio of the Register for the Land in accordance with section 93H of the EP&A Act and in accordance with Schedule 8.
Registration on Title. The Tenant shall not register this Lease in full on the title to the Premises. If the Tenant wishes to register a notice or short form of this Lease, the Tenant shall deliver the notice or short form to the Landlord for its prior approval. In no circumstances shall the Landlord permit any form of registration containing financial information. The Tenant agrees that it will, at its sole expense, discharge and withdraw from title any such registration within thirty (30) days after the expiration or sooner termination of this Lease. If such registration is not discharged and withdrawn during the aforesaid time, the Landlord shall have the right and is hereby appointed by the Tenant as its agent and attorney to prepare, execute and register such documentation as is required to discharge and withdraw any such registration.
Registration on Title. The City is entitled to register a caveat under the Land Titles Act, RSA 2000, Chapter L-4, as amended, in respect of this Agreement against the Certificates of Title for the Development Lands. The caveat may be registered for purposes of providing notice of the responsibilities of the Parties under this Agreement. If requested by the Owners in writing, the City agrees to postpone this caveat in favour of financing related to the Development Lands. Upon compliance by the Owners with all terms of this Agreement, and upon receipt by the City of a written request, the City shall prepare the discharge of the caveat.
Registration on Title. The Land Owner agrees to procure as soon as practicable the registration of this Deed in the relevant folio of the Register for the Land in accordance with section 7.6 of the EP&A Act and in accordance with Schedule 8.
Registration on Title. 24. All relevant documents, including this Agreement, or notice thereof, shall be publicly registered in such fashion as may be requested or required by the City and in this regard, this Agreement or notice thereof shall be registered against title to the Property.
Registration on Title. Operator agrees that the Payee may register or record against title to the Property this Agreement and such form of notice, caution or other document(s) evidencing the Payee’s right to receive the Royalty under this Agreement. The Operator hereby consents to such registering or recording and agree to co-operate with the Payee to accomplish the same. 13.11.
Registration on Title. The Tenant shall not register this Lease in full on the title to the Development. If the Tenant wishes to register a notice of this Lease, the Tenant shall deliver the form of notice to the Landlord for its prior approval not to be unreasonably withheld. The Tenant agrees that it will, at its sole expense, discharge and withdraw from title any such registration within 30 days after the expiration or sooner termination of this Lease. If such registration is not discharged and withdrawn during the aforesaid time, the Landlord shall have the right and is hereby appointed by the Tenant as its agent and attorney to prepare, execute and register such documentation as is required to discharge and withdraw any such registration.
Registration on Title. The Parties agree that following the Effective Date (a) BUYER shall immediately register title to the Property in BUYER's name by filing the Assignment of Mining Leases; and (b) TOTAL may register or record against title to the Property such form of notice, caution or other documents (including, without limitation, a copy of the Purchase and Sale Agreement, this Agreement, and the Security Agreement) as it considers appropriate to secure payment from time to time and protect TOTAL's right to receive the Additional Cash Payments and the Royalty hereunder. All Parties hereto hereby consent to such registering or recording and agree to co-operate with such Party to accomplish the same.
Registration on Title. Neither the Tenant nor anyone on the Tenant’s behalf or claiming under the Tenant (including any Transferee) shall register this Lease or any Transfer against the Lands. The Tenant may at its sole cost, register a notice or caveat of this Lease provided that: (a) a copy of the Lease is not attached;
Registration on Title. This Agreement shall be registered on title to the Property.
