Common use of Registration of Transfer and Exchange Clause in Contracts

Registration of Transfer and Exchange. (a) The Certificate Registrar shall cause to be kept a register (the “Certificate Register”) in which, subject to such reasonable regulations as it may prescribe, the Certificate Registrar shall provide for the registration of Trust Certificates and, if and to the extent transfers and exchanges are permitted pursuant to Section 3.4(b), the registration of transfers of Trust Certificates.
