Registration of domain names, and the maintenance and renewal of their registration with responsible bodies, are not included in the Services and are the exclusive responsibility of the Customer. As the case may be, the Customer will be referred to VIDEOTRON Customer Service or to the xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxx Website, where he will be redirected to the appropriate bodies.

The Company does not accept responsibility for any liability to third parties for breach of their Intellectual Property Rights in relation to the domain name(s) requested by the Customer.
