Common use of Registration Data Clause in Contracts

Registration Data. In registering an Account, you agree to (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form (the “Registration Data”); and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Aniline has reasonable grounds to suspect that any information you provide is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Aniline has the right to suspend or terminate your Account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services (or any portion thereof). You agree not to create an Account using a false identity or information, or on behalf of someone other than yourself. You agree that you shall not have more than one Account at any given time. Aniline reserves the right to remove or reclaim any usernames at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to, claims by a third party that a username violates the third party’s rights. You agree not to create an Account or use the Services if you have been previously removed by Aniline, or if you have been previously banned from any of the Services.

You agree not to create an Account or use the Services ItsCoastal Properties if you have been previously removed by AnilineItsCoastal, or if you have been previously banned from any of the ServicesItsCoastal Properties.

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Aniline RAI has reasonable grounds to suspect that any such information you provide is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Aniline RAI has the right to suspend or terminate your Account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services RAI Properties (or any portion thereof).
