Registration and Access. You must be a consumer or operating under your SSN (Sole Proprietor) enrolled in nbkc Online & Mobile Banking in order to transfer funds between your Accounts with us and accounts at other financial institutions (“External Transfers”). External Transfers are outbound and inbound transfers that move funds to or from one of your eligible Accounts with us to or from a registered account at another financial institution. An “Inbound” transfer moves funds into an Account you own with nbkc bank from an account you own outside of nbkc bank. An “Outbound” transfer moves funds from an Account you own at nbkc bank to an account outside nbkc bank that is owned by you or for which you otherwise have the authority to transfer funds. You will need to enroll each non-Bank account that you wish to use for External Transfers. You agree that (i) you will only register eligible non-Bank accounts (i.e., accounts at financial institutions other than nbkc bank) on which you are an individual or joint owner, or for which you otherwise have the authority to transfer funds, and (ii) you will only use External Transfers for transferring funds between your personal Accounts with us and registered personal accounts at other financial institutions. Scheduling External Transfers. External Transfers can be scheduled (or initiat- ed) on either a one-time basis or a recurring basis. One-time transfers may be scheduled to be sent immediately or scheduled to be sent on a future date. The recurring transfer feature may be used when a set amount is transferred at reg- ular intervals. One-time future-dated or future recurring transfers scheduled for a weekend or a non-Business Day will be processed on the prior Business Day. All other one-time future-dated and recurring transfers will be processed at the end of the Business Day requested. The cut-off time and delivery date of External Transfers is set forth in Online Banking and/or in this Agreement. When Transfers are Debited/Credited to/from Your Account(s). Transfers initiated before Cut-Off Time: Funds involving an External Transfer from your Account with us (Outbound) will be debited from your Account and credited to the receiving non-nbkc bank account on the next Business Day after you initiate the transfer. Funds involving Inbound transfers will be debited from the external, non-nbkc bank account and credited to the receiving nbkc bank Account on the next Business Day after you initiate the transfer. Registration and Access. To access this Platform, you may be asked to provide certain registration details or other information. It is a condition of your use of this Platform that all of the information you provide will be correct, current, and complete. You agree that you will not imitate any other person or assume a false identity. If we do not believe that you provided correct, current, or complete registration details or other information, we have the right to deny access to the Platform and to terminate or suspend your access at any time. You may also be asked to create a username and a password. You agree that you will not share your account or account information with anyone else. Please note that you are obliged to protect your access rights from unauthorized third-party use and that you must ensure that they cannot be used by others without your authorization. You must notify Bayer immediately if you learn that security has been violated in respect of any details available on the Platform or if unauthorized persons have obtained your access rights or if you have found indications that such access might become possible.
Registration and Access. During the term of this Agreement, Customer shall designate and maintain an administrator (the “Customer Administrator”) who shall be responsible for providing access information (other than user passwords) to Customer’s authorized personnel who can then use such information to access the Services and the Site during the term of this Agreement (or until their access is earlier terminated as set forth in Appendix A, Section 11B of DIR Contract No. DIR-TSO-4361.). The initial Customer Administrator, together with his or her phone number, fax number and e-mail address, is set forth on Exhibit A hereto. Customer is responsible for ensuring that its personnel maintain the confidentiality of all passwords that they create and/or use to access the Services and the Site. Customer shall ensure that any of its employees or contractors having access rights to the Services or the Site who are terminated (either voluntarily or involuntarily) or who no longer require access to the Services or the Site will have their access rights terminated. Customer shall use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized use of the Services and the Site by its employees, contractors and other third parties and agrees to report to Bitglass promptly any unauthorized access to, or use of, the Services or the Site of which it becomes aware during the term of this Agreement. Each Customer employee, consultant and other individual under Customer’s control who utilizes the Services or accesses the Site shall be required to agree to comply with all of the terms and restrictions related to use of the Services and the Site as set forth herein. Customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms of DIR Contract No. DIR-TSO-4361 and this Agreement and the Terms of Use by each of its employees and contractors, and other individuals under its control, who access or use the Services or the Site. Access throughout the existing watershed gates for contract purposes shall be by use of a security system provided by the City. A City vehicle access permit must be obtained and displayed in each vehicle using the Cedar River Watershed road system. Operation of vehicles on watershed roads shall be in accord with standard rules of the road. The Contractor must legibly fill in the sign-in and sign-out form at the gate each time when entering or leaving the watershed and/or comply with other security measures which are required at the time. Keys, permits, and permit holders checked out to the contractor are accountable property and must be returned to the City upon completion of the contract. Registration and Access. Only individuals that have registered for a VillageED account, provide certain information (e.g., a valid email address), and agree to this Agreement are eligible to use the relevant Plans. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password and for all activities that occur on or through your VillageED account. However, if you allow others to access your VillageED account, this Agreement, as well any specific consents you may have provided to us, also applies to their access, use, and disclosure of information. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your VillageED account. We will not be responsible for any losses arising from the unauthorized use of your VillageED account.
