Registrant Representations and Warranties. You represent and certify that, to the best of your knowledge and belief you are aware that registering a .SX domain name, involves you contracting with the SX Registry SA which is the .SX Registry, and agreeing to their Terms and Conditions of Domain Name Registration available on their website at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇/registrars/legal

Registrant Representations and Warranties. You represent and certify that, to the best of your knowledge and belief: (1) you are aware that auDA (.au Domain Administration Limited, ACN 079 009 340) is the .AU Domain Names Administrator. (2) you are aware that you must comply with all auDA Published Policies (listed at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇. ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇), as if they were incorporated into, and form part of, this agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between any auDA Published Policy and this agreement, then the auDA Published Policy will prevail to the extent of such inconsistency. (3) you are aware that the Registrar acts as agent for auDA for the sole purpose, but only to the extent necessary, to enable auDA to receive the benefit of rights and covenants conferred to it under this agreement. auDA is an intended third party beneficiary of this agreement. (4) all information provided to register or renew the registration of the domain name (including all supporting documents, if any) are true, complete and correct, and are not misleading in any way, and the application is made in good faith. (5) you acknowledge that under the auDA Published Policies there are mandatory terms and conditions that apply to all domain names licences, and such terms and conditions are incorporated into, and form part of, this agreement. (6) you meet and will continue to meet, the eligibility criteria prescribed in auDA Published Policies (▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇/) for the domain name for the duration of the domain name.

Registrant Representations and Warranties. The Registrant represents, warrants, and covenants that: a. the Registrant understands that registration entitles the Registrant only to a limited licence for the use of the Domain Name(s) for the Term, subject to compliance with this Agreement, the Registry Policies and other pertinent rules and laws, including those concerning trademarks and other types of intellectual property, as these may now exist or be revised from time to time. Registrant agrees to be bound and abide by any ICANN Consensus Policies including, but not limited to, the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (“UDRP”) and the Universal Rapid Suspension (“URS”) policies; b. the Registrant will not sub-licence, purport to sub-licence, delegate sub-domains within, or otherwise permit use by persons other than the Registrant of portions of the Domain Name; c. to the best of the Registrant’s knowledge and belief, neither the registration of the Domain Name, including any third-level domain name, nor the manner in which it is to be directly or indirectly used infringe the legal rights or intellectual property rights of a third party; d. the Registrant will use or display the Domain Name in good faith, and in accordance with the laws and regulations of any applicable national, state, territorial, or international law and regulations, and ICANN Consensus Policies, and will not use the Domain Name in any way which violates or may violate a right of the Registry or any third party; e. any violation of these policies may result in Domain Lock, suspension, or termination of the Domain Name in question or other domain names the Registrant may have in the .gop namespace; f. the information provided by the Registrant is true, complete and accurate, and the Registrant will update said information immediately if it changes; g. the Registrant is either: (a) an identifiable human individual over the age of 18 years; or, (b) a properly described and legally-recognized entity within its national jurisdiction, e.g. corporation, limited liability company, partnership, association, society, or proprietary limited company; h. the Registrant is not a registrar, which is a party (a) accredited by ICANN and (b) that has entered into a Registry-Registrar Agreement to provide Domain Name registration services within the Registry TLD. i. the Registrant will promptly notify the Registry of any actual or threatened proceedings brought in respect of the words used, in whole or in part, as or incorporated in the D...

Registrant Representations and Warranties. The Registrant represents, warrants, and covenants that: a. the Registrant understands that registration entitles the Registrant only to a limited license for the use of the domain name(s) for the Term, subject to compliance with this Agreement, the Registry Policies and other applicable rules and laws, including those concerning trademarks and other types of intellectual property rights, as these may now exist or be revised from time to time. (9) you are aware that auDA or the Registrar may cancel the registration of the domain name if any of the warranties set out above is found to be untrue, incomplete, incorrect or misleading. (10) you are aware of auDA's WHOIS policy at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇/, which sets out auDA's guidelines on the collection, disclosure and use of WHOIS data.

Registrant Representations and Warranties. 1.1 You represent and certify that, to the best of your knowledge and belief you are aware that registering a .SX domain name, involves you contracting with the SX Registry SA which is the .SX Registry, and agreeing to their Terms and Conditions of Domain Name Registration available on their website at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇/registrars/legal 1.2 Domain Name Holders expressly acknowledge and accept that the Registry shall be entitled (but not obliged) to reject an Application or to delete or transfer a Domain Name Registration: - that does not contain complete and accurate information as described in these Policies, or is not in compliance with any other provision of these Policies; or - to protect the integrity and stability of the Shared Registry System, and/or the operation and/or management of the .SX TLD; or - in order to comply with applicable laws and regulations, and/or any decision by a competent court or administrative authority and/or any dispute resolution service provider the Registry may hereafter retain to oversee the arbitration and mediation of disputes; and/or any other applicable laws, regulations, policies or decrees; or - to avoid any liability on behalf of the Registry, including their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees, subcontractors and/or agents; or - following the outcome of a Sunrise Reconsideration Proceeding.

Registrant Representations and Warranties. The Registrant represents, warrants, and guarantees that: (i) the Registrant understands that registration entitles the Registrant only to a licence for the use of the domain name resolution services relating to the .nf Domain name for the Term and that use of such services is subject to this Agreement (including the NIDS Policies) and other pertinent rules and laws, including those concerning trademarks and other types of intellectual property, as these may now exist or be revised from time to time; (ii) to the best of the Registrant’s knowledge and belief, neither the registration of the .nf Domain name nor the manner in which it is to be directly or indirectly used infringes the legal rights or intellectual property rights of a third party; (iii) the Registrant will use, display, or exploit the .nf Domain name in good faith, and in accordance with the laws of Australia, international law, and applicable state laws and regulations, and will not use the .nf Domain name in any way which may violate a subsisting right of NIDS or any third party; (iv) the information provided by the Registrant is true and accurate, and the Registrant will update said information immediately if it changes; (v) the Registrant is either (a) an identifiable human individual (over the age of 18 years); or

Registrant Representations and Warranties. The Registrant represents, warrants, and guarantees that: (i) the Registrant understands that registration entitles the Registrant only to a licence for the use of the domain name resolution services relating to the .mn Domain name for the Term and that use of such services is subject to this Agreement (including the Datacom Policies) and other pertinent rules and laws, including those concerning trademarks and other types of intellectual property, as these may now exist or be revised from time to time; (ii) to the best of the Registrant’s knowledge and belief, neither the registration of the .mn Domain name nor the manner in which it is to be directly or indirectly used infringes the legal rights or intellectual property rights of a third party; (iii) the Registrant will use, display, or exploit the .mn Domain name in good faith, and in accordance with the laws of Mongolia, international law, and applicable state laws and regulations, and will not use the .mn Domain name in any way which may violate a subsisting right of Datacom or any third party; (iv) the information provided by the Registrant is true and accurate, and the Registrant will update said information immediately if it changes; (v) the Registrant is either (a) an identifiable human individual (over the age of 18 years); or (b) a legally recognized statutory entity (such as a Limited Liability Company, Partnership, Association, Society or Proprietary Limited Company); (vi) the Registrant will promptly notify Datacom of any actual or threatened proceedings brought in respect of the words used as or incorporated in the .mn Domain name whether by or against the Registrant; (vii) the Registrant will not, directly or indirectly, through registration or use of the .mn Domain name or otherwise: a. register a .mn Domain name for the purpose of diverting trade from another business or website; b. deliberately register as a .mn Domain name mis-spellings of another entity’s personal, company or brand name in order to pass-off or trade on the business, goodwill or reputation of another; ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ or purport to grant a security interest or other encumbrance on or over the .mn Domain name unless such security interest or other encumbrance does not exceed the limited rights of the Registrant in the .mn Domain name, does not impair the Registrant’s ability to fulfil the Registrant’s obligations under this Agreement, and does not impose obligations on the Datacom beyond the obligations owed by the Datacom to a ...
