Registered User Agreements. MaxLinear and Distributor will enter into registered user agreements with respect to MaxLinear Trademarks pursuant to applicable trademark law requirements in the country in which a Product is resold. Distributor will be responsible for proper filing of the registered user agreement with government authorities worldwide and will pay all costs or fees associated with such filing.
Registered User Agreements. DEI and PECO shall enter into registered user agreements with respect to DEI’s Trademarks pursuant to applicable trademark law requirements in the Territory. PECO shall be responsible for proper filing of the registered user agreement with government authorities within the Territory and shall pay all costs or fees associated with such filing.
Registered User Agreements. LA and the Reseller shall enter into -------------------------- registered user agreements with respect to LA's Trademarks to the extent now or hereafter required, if at all, by applicable trademark law requirements in the Licensed Territory. The Reseller shall be responsible for proper filing of the registered user agreements, if any, with government authorities within the Licensed Territory and shall pay all costs or fees associated with such filings.
Registered User Agreements. ABT/UK shall cooperate with ABT to make any registrations or filings with the appropriate authorities referenced in Section 7.3, including without limitation entering into registered user agreements with respect to the ABT Brand pursuant to applicable trademark law requirements in the Territory. ABT will be responsible for proper filing of registered user agreements with appropriate government authorities and shall pay all costs or fees associated with such filing.
Registered User Agreements. At LUMINEX's option and expense, LUMINEX -------------------------- and BIO-RAD shall enter into registered user agreements with respect to the LUMINEX's Trademarks pursuant to applicable trademark law requirements worldwide. BIO-RAD shall be responsible for proper filing of the registered user agreement with government authorities worldwide. The parties shall share equally all costs or fees associated with such filing.
Registered User Agreements. To the extent ABT deems necessary, in its reasonable discretion, to properly protect ABT's rights, ABT and ABT/Nordic shall enter into registered user agreements with respect to the ABT Brand pursuant to applicable trademark law requirements in the Territory or the European Union. ABT/Nordic will be responsible for proper filing of registered user agreements with appropriate government authorities and shall pay all costs or fees associated with such filing.
Registered User Agreements. To the extent required by applicable Law, Licensee shall execute registered user agreements and similar documents required by Licensor in order to protect or enhance Licensor’s title and rights in the Licensed Trademarks, in each case to the extent consistent with past practice of the Moon Business during the twelve (12) months prior to the Distribution Date.

Sagent and Distributor shall enter into registered user agreements with respect to the Sagent Marks pursuant to applicable trademark law requirements in the Territory, if any. Distributor or Sagent, at Sagent's sole discretion, shall be responsible for proper filing of registered user agreements and all such other required registrations relating to the legal protection of the Sagent Marks with governmental authorities in the Territory and shall pay all costs or fees associated with such filing(s).
Registered User Agreements. Trikon, at its sole election, may undertake recordation of a registered user agreement or trademark license with respect to Applied in any country where Applied uses the Trademarks and where such recordation is required or permitted.
