Registered Names. The corporate or company name of each Borrower set forth in this Agreement and the other Loan Documents (including all of the UCC-1 financing statements) is accurate in all respects, and such corporate or company name is identical to the corporate or company name of record with such Borrower’s jurisdiction of incorporation or organization (as applicable).
