Registered Apprentices. The wages, rates of pay, hours of labor and the other conditions of employment of Registered Apprentices shall be and are governed entirely by the terms and conditions of this Agreement except as modified in 07.10.01 through and including 07.10.13.

Registered Apprentices. All contractors performing public work shall have the right to employ any apprentice registered in State-approved apprenticeship program in accordance with NRS 610 and agree to adhere to all the conditions of the registered standards approved by the Nevada State Apprenticeship Council.

Registered Apprentices. The ratio of apprentices shall be as follows: One (1) REGISTERED APPRENTICE for the plant. Any further REGISTERED APPRENTICES will be on the ratio of one (1) REGISTERED APPRENTICE to every six (6) employee in the combined total of employees. REGISTERED APPRENTICES shall be paid regular rates and conditions as per this agreement while attending required schooling as prescribed by the Apprenticeship courses. All applicants for Apprenticeship must be registered with the Ministry of Skills and Development of the appropriate Government Agency governing Apprentices.
