Common use of Registered Address Clause in Contracts

Registered Address. That it shall be your sole responsibility to inform all the changes in its address, to us under Registered A/D if it is other than one mentioned in this agreement. All notices/demands, posted at the first registered address will be deemed to have been delivered at the time, when those are posted by us and shall be deemed to have been served upon you duly within time and in the event of non-service of any such notice/letter, you shall be responsible for any default in payment and other consequences that might occur there from.
