Regional Level. The Project Implementing Entity will assume overall coordination of the Project, with the Forum for Agricultural Research in Africa (FARA) playing an advisory role. The Project Implementing Entity will:
Regional Level. ECSA Without limitation upon the provisions of Section I.A.1 of this Schedule, the Recipient shall maintain, at all times until the completion of the Project, its membership and active participation in ECSA. To this end, ECSA shall be responsible for Part C.3 of the Project, including, inter alia: (a) preparing a consolidated semi-annual and annual Project status reports, and reviewing the progress made towards achieving the Project’s objectives at the regional level; and (b) facilitating governmental and inter-governmental actions that may be required under the Project, including setting up a regional advisory panel.
Regional Level. A. Proposals appropriate for negotiations at the regional level concern conditions of employment affecting unit employees which are within the authority of the Employer at the regional level, which fall within the scope of bargaining, which are unique to the region or a school in the region, and which deal with matters not specifically addressed during the negotiations which led to this Agreement or other Agreements negotiated at the national level. It is understood that the national Agreement or other Agreements reached at the national level are controlling, and no Agreements reached at the regional level shall amend or otherwise conflict with the provisions of this Agreement.
Regional Level. Inter-Country Coordination with the United Republic of Tanzania The Recipient shall collaborate and coordinate with the United Republic of Tanzania on the arrangements and modalities for inter-country trade facilitation and logistics enhancement.
Regional Level. 4. The RO shall provide day-to-day management and coordination of Project activities under the supervision of DLF. The National Project Director shall be assisted by an assistant director and staff of the RO. The RO shall submit monthly and quarterly progress reports to DLF.
Regional Level. (a) Regional Education Bureaus (“REB”). The Recipient shall ensure that the departments or units within REBs responsible for planning and policy analysis are maintained at all times during the implementation of the Project with mandate, staffing and resources satisfactory to the Association to discharge the REB’s responsibility for overseeing all regional and sub-regional Project implementation.
Regional Level. The Lead Implementing Agency will establish (i) a Regional Coordination Unit (RCU) in every target region, which will be headed by DTI Regional Director; and (ii) Provincial Coordination Units (PCUs), to support DTI’s Negosyo centers in implementing the project in target areas. The Negosyo Centers shall (i) identify MSMEs, farmers and cooperatives interested in partnering; (ii) facilitate the preparation and monitoring of SIPs and DIPs; (iii) coordinate the participation of service providers; and (v) ensure provincial planning and M&E.
Regional Level. (i) Each BWUD to be responsible for, but not limited to, the following with respect to the ULGs within its jurisdiction: (1) coordinating implementation; (2) ensuring compliance of the respective ULGs with the Project Manual and safeguard frameworks; (3) providing technical assistance; (4) facilitating the respective ULGs’ access to other capacity building support mechanisms; (5) recommending reallocations of Performance Grants; and (6) reviewing and consolidating Annual Action Plans and all reports for submission to MWUD.
